The Mental Health First Aid Skilled Workplace Award honours and celebrates organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to integrating Mental Health First Aid into their workplace culture.

This certification has value to organisations across various industries. Recognised workplaces report that participation enhances their corporate reputation and culture while reinforcing the value of Mental Health First Aiders and their skills among employees.

Three tiers of certification are offered, each recognising organisations based on the percentage of employees trained in Mental Health First Aid. Gold represents the highest percentage, Silver the second highest, while Bronze represents the minimum percentage to obtain the certification.
