Course Description
The Award in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a course offered by Richmond Foundation. It aims to empower participants to identify mental health problems, provide support, and act as a bridge to professional help.

The Award in Mental Health First Aid Course within the community is a nationwide project organised by the Ministry for Health and Active Aging in collaboration with Richmond Foundation and the Parliamentary Secretariat for Local Government.
The course is free of charge.
