Data given with the registration form will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Cap. 586) and the General Data Protection Act. The data processed will be used for administration of course applied for, as requested by accrediting bodies, and to contact in three years times to remind participant for a refresher. Data subjects whose personal data is processed by Richmond Foundation have the right to request access to, rectification of, or where applicable, erasure of their personal data, in line with applicable data protection legislation. All materials used in this training course, including the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) manual which course participants will receive after the course, are copyright of Richmond Foundation. None of the materials, nor any part of the MHFA manual, may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, without prior, written permission of Richmond Foundation.
