Course Description

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a course offered by Richmond Foundation. It aims to empower participants to identify mental health problems, provide support, and act as a bridge to professional help.

Session 3: Friday 6th November from noon till 2pm.

Session 4: Friday 13th November from noon till 2pm.

Session 5: Friday 20th November from noon till 2pm.
