BMHFA Community- Central Region Registration Form

Component 1- Self Study: Available for 10 Days:- Participants to complete first 3 modules by the first week and the last 2 modules by the end of the second week. Invitation Link for Component 2 will not be sent to participants who do not complete Component 1.

Component 2- Video conferencing: First session is held after completing the first 3 modules and the second one after all modules have been completed. Two sessions of 2.5 hours each.
