Kindly note that to be eligible for the Refresher course you need to have attended the Youth Mental Health First Aid, OR Award in Youth Mental Health First Aid in 2020.

Certificates will be issued only to participants who attend the entire 4-hour refresher.

    1. Booking will be confirmed by Richmond Foundation further to receipt of payment. Said payment is to be made by cheque payable to ‘Richmond Foundation’ or through the online application on the Mental Health First Aid webpage. Payments must not be made later than 48 hours before the commencement of the event. Registration is subject to cheque being honoured by the Bank. 2. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours before the commencement of the event. 3. A participant can opt for a refund or attend another course date, selected by Richmond Foundation, if the participant cancels in the appropriate timeframe. If the participant will not come for the course the second time, no refund will be given and will have to reapply for the course. 4. When paying online, there is a €3 non-refundable charge. 5. Data given with the registration form will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2001 and the General Data Protection Act. 6. Certificates will only be given to those participants who attend the 12 hours of training. 7. Richmond Foundation reserves the right to cancel the training course, for example if insufficient bookings are received. In such cases participants will be offered either a refund or the choice of attending another course. 8.
